Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to the United States and Mexico.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can follow the progress of your delivery.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Allow us 1-2 days to process your order, once we sent your package it will take 2-3 business days to your destination within the USA territory. International orders may take 5-10 business days.
What should I do if I receive a faulty item?
NANOS only sells items in perfect condition so, in the rare event of receiving a faulty item, ask for a return through the website stating the reason why the item is being returned, otherwise you can do so at any NANOS store.
What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?
If, by mistake, you receive an item that you did not order, please contact our customer service firstname.lastname@example.org or contact us via Live Chat.
How do I return or exchange an item?
The easiest way to return an item is to take it to our NANOS store located in HOUSTON. Items must be in perfect condition and with their corresponding receipt.
If you prefer us to collect the items from your home, you can request a return through our email email@example.com or via Live Chat. After verifying all the details, we will send a return label you can stick to your package and drop in any close courrier office.
All returns within the USA and Canada territory are FREE. For International return services shipping and taxes may apply.
How long do I have to make a return or exchange?
Exchanges must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
How will I receive my refund?
Once the return has been approved, you will receive your refund via the same means used to make your purchase (for Web Purchases). However, for purchases made at physical stores, refunds will be issued using a voucher.
Remember that payments to your credit card always depend on your bank/building society.
What payment types do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express cards. You can also choose to pay with Paypal payments that will be debited from your card at time dispatch.
Is it safe to shop in NANOS online?
All transactions are safe, NANOS HOUSTON uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to protect and encrypt the data you send to us over the internet.

I forgot my password. What can I do?
To reset your password, just click the Forgot my password link and follow the steps. For security reasons, we cannot send you your password via email. You will be asked to create a new one.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately no, once your order has been processed you cannot cancel the order. If you need to make any changes, please call customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org or contact us via Live Chat.
